1. Scope

This policy applies to governance toolkit purchases listed on neverroffy.digital. Custom statements of work may include additional terms signed by both parties.

2. Eligibility Window

Business clients may request a refund within fourteen (14) calendar days of payment if no facilitated session has occurred and no customized templates have been delivered.

3. Full Refund Conditions

A full refund is available when cancellation is in writing to [email protected] within the eligibility window and no deliverables were downloaded or shared beyond sample previews.

4. Partial Refunds

If setup work has begun but less than thirty percent of scoped deliverables are complete, a partial refund may be offered at our discretion, minus documented preparation time.

5. Non-Refundable Items

Completed workshops, facilitated reviews, and bespoke template work already delivered are non-refundable. Third-party costs prepaid on your behalf are deducted from any refund.

6. Process and Timing

Email [email protected] with your company name, invoice reference, and reason. We respond within five business days. Approved refunds are processed within fourteen business days to the original payment method.

7. Cancellations and Korean Consumer Rights

Where mandatory consumer protection under the Framework Act on Consumers or related KR rules grants additional rights, those rights prevail over conflicting clauses here.
